The market
The public web has been scraped to the bone. What frontier labs are short of now is the stuff that never made it online: how an experienced estimator prices a job, how a controller closes a month, how a technician's hands actually move. That material sits inside ordinary operating companies, and the programs building those datasets pay for access to it.
Staff who opt in film ordinary tasks from their own point of view, on a phone or a supplied mount. That footage teaches machines to perform real-world tasks. Paid per approved hour of usable capture.
Fit: any hands-on trade or operation with roughly 20 or more people on payroll. The per-hour rate is set and published by the buying program, not by us — we show you theirs before you decide anything.
The documented material a real business already generates — process documents, reports, tickets, analyses, decision trails. The buyer scrubs and anonymizes it under contract and deletes the originals.
Fit: roughly 30 to 200 employees, genuinely documented work, modern software in daily use. The program we work with publishes $100,000 to $2,000,000+ for an approved package. Directional, set by them, never guaranteed, and most companies are declined.
Some companies fit both tracks. That is the best case and it is worth ten minutes to find out.

No. There is no fee to be reviewed, introduced, or onboarded. The buying program pays us for the introduction and pays your company directly for the data. If anyone ever asks you for money to be included in a data program, that is not us and it is not how this market works.
No. The buyer pays your company on its own terms, in full. We are paid separately by the buyer for sourcing the introduction. You will see that stated in writing before anything is submitted.
Programs that supply training and evaluation data to AI labs. We name the specific program to you before any introduction is made, along with what they want, how they handle security, and what they publish as payment. We do not publish buyer names on this website.
Never. We do not receive, store, copy, or resell company data. The buyer contracts directly with you and runs its own extraction, anonymization, and security review. Our entire job ends at the introduction.
Two things. Records of how skilled work is really done — documented processes, tickets, estimates, reports, decisions, the working material a business generates anyway. And recordings of hands-on physical work, filmed by staff who opt in, which is what teaches robots to do real tasks. Not customer lists. Not personal data. Not your surveillance cameras.
Realistically 60 to 120 days from the first conversation to a paid engagement, and the buyer pays on its own schedule. Anyone promising money in two weeks is selling you something.
